isciples to the multitudes. (20)And they all ate, and were filled;
and they took up of the fragments that remained twelve baskets full.
(21)And they who ate were about five thousand men, besides women and
children.
(22)And straightway he constrained his disciples to enter into the
ship, and to go before him to the other side, while he dismissed the
multitudes.
(23)And having dismissed the multitudes, he went up into the mountain
apart to pray; and when evening was come, he was there alone. (24)But
the ship was already in the midst of the sea, vexed by the waves; for
the wind was contrary. (25)And in the fourth watch of the night he
went to them, walking on the sea. (26)And the disciples, seeing him
