e to him. (35)So also will my heavenly Father do to you, if ye from your hearts forgive not every one his brother. XIX. AND it came to pass, when Jesus finished these sayings, that he departed from Galilee, and came into the borders of Judaea beyond the Jordan. (2)And great multitudes followed him, and he healed them there. (3)And the Pharisees came to him, tempting him and saying: Is it lawful for a man to put away his wife for every cause? (4)And he answering said to them: Have ye not read, that he who made them[19:4] from the beginning made them male and female, (5)and said: For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife, and the two shall be one flesh. (16)And, behold, one came to him and said: Teacher, what good shall I do, that I may have eternal life? (17)And, he said to him: Why dost thou ask me concerning good? One is the Good. But if thou desirest to enter into life, keep the commandments. (18)He says to him, Which? Jesus said: Thou shalt not kill; Thou shalt not commit adultery; Thou shalt not steal; Thou shalt not bear false witness; (19)Honor thy father and thy mother; and, Thou shalt love thy
