n a woman, to lust after her, has already committed adultery with her in his heart. (29)And if thy right eye causes thee to offend, pluck it out and cast it from thee; for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members perish, and not thy whole body be cast into hell. (30)And if thy right hand causes thee to offend, cut it off and cast it from thee; for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members perish, and not thy whole body be cast into hell. (31)And it was said: Whoever shall put away his wife, let him give her a writing of divorcement. (32)But I say to you, that whoever shall put away his wife, save for the cause of fornication, makes her commit adultery; and whoever shall marry her when put away, commits adultery. (44)But I say to you, love your enemies, and pray for those who persecute you; (45)that ye may be sons of your Father who is in heaven; for he causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the just and the unjust.
