Beat until creamy and then serve ice cold. TOMATO FRITTERS Select firm tomatoes and then cut in one-half inch slices. Dip in the prepared batter and then fry until golden brown. Serve with cream sauce. How to prepare the batter: Place one egg in a bowl and add One cup of water, One teaspoon of salt, One-half teaspoon of pepper.
