nemies will cast
up a mound about thee, and compass thee round, and shut thee in on
every side, (44)and will level thee with the ground, and thy children

because thou knewest not the time of thy visitation.
(45)And entering into the temple, he began to cast out those who sold;
(46)saying to them: It is written, And my house shall be a house of
prayer; but ye made it a den of robbers.
(47)And he was teaching daily in the temple; and the chief priests and
the scribes and the chief of the people were seeking to destroy him,

AND it came to pass, on one of the days, as he was teaching the people
