hand in the heavenly places, far
above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every
name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is
to come; and hath put all things under his feet.' And here again--'But
this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat
down on the right hand of God; from henceforth expecting till his
enemies be made his footstool.'"
"When will that be?" said David.
"I don't know. I don't think it tells."
"But Messiah is to be a Conqueror," David went on, passing from one
thing to another. It is written,--
"'Gird thy sword upon thy thigh, O mighty,
'Thy glory and thy majesty!
