In its jurisdiction it embraces the whole provinces of Camarines and Albay, and as far as and inclusive of the islands of Ticao, Masbate, Burias, and Catanduanes; the province of Tayabas, as far as and inclusive of Lucban; and, along the opposite coast of Mauban, [it contains] Binangonan, Polo, Valer, and Casiguran.
