I believe in the Holy Ghost; The holy Catholic Church; The Communion of Saints; The Forgiveness of sins; The Resurrection of the body, And the life everlasting. Amen. _And after that, these Prayers following, all devoutly kneeling: the Minister first pronouncing with a loud voice_, The Lord be with you. _Answer_. And with thy spirit. _Minister_. Let us pray. Lord, have mercy upon us. _Christ, have mercy upon us_. Lord, have mercy upon us. _Then the Minister, Clerks, and people shall say the Lord's Prayer with a loud voice_. Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy Name, Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, in earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread; And forgive us our trespasses, As we forgive them that trespass against us; And lead us not into temptation, But deliver us from evil. Amen. _Then the Priest standing up shall say_, O Lord, shew thy mercy upon us. _Answer_. And grant us thy salvation. _Priest_. O Lord, save the King. _Answer_. And mercifully hear us when we call upon thee. _Priest_. Endue thy Ministers with righteousness. _Answer_. And make thy chosen people joyful. _Priest_. O Lord, save thy people. _Answer_. And bless thine inheritance. _Priest_. Give peace in our time, O Lord. _Answer_. Because there is none other that fighteth for us, but only thou, O God. _Priest_.
