Robert Livingston has something to say about Kidd's property in his statement under examination, which has been preserved as follows: "Robert Livingston, Esq. being notified to appear before his Excellency and Council this day and sworn to give a true Narrative and Relation of his knowledge or information of any Goods, Gold, Silver, Bullion, or other Treasure lately imported by Capt.
