And feel that God is love.

"The Priest and Ark now move
To Jordan's gulfy strand;
Come now in covenant love,
Take firm thy promised stand:

To bless the sacred name
Of Him that sits upon the throne,
And to adore the Lamb."

Ascribe their conquest to the Lamb,
Their triumph to his death.

"They marked the footsteps that he trod;
His zeal inspired their breast;
And following their incarnate God,
Possessed the promised rest.

"Our glorious Leader claims our praise,
For his own pattern given;
While the long cloud of witnesses
Show the same path to heaven."
